| I joined an advertising agency
and after a bit was sent to run the company office in India. |

in my life it kind of happened. |

| Well it wasn't just me, plenty
of other people were thinking about it but I didn't know them. It
seemed sensible to present the idea of the company as a whole, through
its products, environment and behaviour rather than just through one
activity communication or advertising and that's how we thought about
it. |

| My wife persuaded me to wear
bow-ties, and I just liked the glasses so my so called brand image
developed on its own. |

| I'm a bit too long in the
tooth to do much admiring. Most people have strengths and weaknesses.
